The fact is that the hormones that control sleep and wakefulness are also closely related to feelings of hunger and satiety. So a full sleep is the key to slimness.

    5. You are not lucky with genetics

    Whether you accumulate fat on your thighs and shoulders or on your stomach depends on your heredity. At the same time, subcutaneous fat that accumulates in the hands and feet is completely harmless to health, but visceral fat can be deadly.

    6. You train incorrectly

    Running or cycling, as well as group cycling classes, are very good for the heart, but by themselves, cardio exercises have little effect on waist size. You always need to combine strength and cardio training to remove the belly, because strength increases muscle mass, which is just necessary in order to burn fat more effectively. Just because muscle tissue spends a lot of energy helping to burn extra fat, it makes sense to build it up.

    7. No habits and self-control

    Losing weight is a habit, just like everything else in life. As soon as you instill healthy habits and break harmful stereotypes, weight loss seems to happen by itself.
