    He's the living icon in the basketball sport and has led his team to success many times. Sportspeople usually have a sound and beautiful body due to their hard training in the gym and on the field, which is a dream of many young lads.

    Don't you guys get crazy when you see boys of your age having slim, smart, and gorgeous bodies? The answer is undoubtedly 'yes.' But you people don't have zeal & zest to adopt that way of living.

    It is not impossible, but a little tricky. Everything for which you dream of is possible. Remember! The word 'Impossible' itself says, "I'm Possible." So, start to think differently.

    "I had no sugars, no dairy; I had no carbs. All I ate was meat, fish, veggies, and fruit. That's it. For 67 straight days".

    He also said that he planned to go with keto for only one month, but he continued his diet until 67 days because his body felt perfect during this period.

    In his Instagram pic, a resort presented him with dessert, but he refused to take it with thanks. This was the level of his dedication to the low-carb nutrition plan.

    • Lobster salad with asparagus & mango chutney

    • Two eggs whipped
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Coriander
    • Capsicum
    • Onion
    • Hot pepper
    • Black pepper
    • Salt
    • Butter

    Add all ingredients in whipped eggs except cheese, onion, and capsicum. Mix them well. Add some butter to the frying pan. Add the egg mixture, on the low flame. Cover the frying pan.

    When the eggs are ready, add some onion, capsicum, mushrooms, and olives on the egg. After that, add cheese on the eggs and cover the frying pan again. After two minutes, your delicious pizza omelet is ready.

    Another reason to keto is, it lessens the aging factor. No one wants to get old before age. But many people don't want to take steps in this regard. The low-carb ration reduces the aging factor. It cuts down the intake of products, which include sugar in your diet.

    If you are sugarholic or have taste buds that like to eat sugary products, then there's bad news for you. If you continue to consume sweet products, then you will surely look more significant than your age.

    If you start keto and are not able to cut off sugar products, then all your hard work is in vain. There's no benefit of starting low-carb nutrition because sugar is also a cause of obesity.

    Guys! LeBron James is idealized by many of us and by me too. My reason for idealizing him is his body physique and too little extent his basketball career. He lost weight after adapting to keto nutrition.

    For a long time, I have been watching the physique of LeBron James, and I am desirous of achieving a body like him. The secret behind his looks is simple and straight. He reduced carbs from his diet and included proteins and fats.
