    It is generally accepted that vitamins are useful. This is perceived as an axiom that does not require proof. Have you ever wondered why and for what purpose we take various vitamin and mineral complexes offered to us by the pharmaceutical industry?

    Just because we were forced to think about their usefulness? Or for a speedy recovery from colds and flu?

    But under normal circumstances, with a normal diet, people do not experience vitamin deficiency!

    Please read the proposed material and decide for yourself how convincing my vision of the issue will be for you, instead of the generally accepted point of view.

    Many people start their day with a pill that contains synthetic vitamins and minerals. I assure you - completely in vain!

    It makes no sense to waste money on these drugs, and the consequences can be unsafe.

    Synthetic vitamins have made a highly profitable industry. The demand for a healthy lifestyle has given birth to a corresponding proposal. It is quite difficult to find truthful information on this matter.

    There is intensified agitation and propaganda of the need for synthetic vitamins for humans from everywhere. The pharmaceutical industry managed to create a fashion for such vitamins with the help of advertising.

    Let's figure out where the truth is and where the commercial interest is.

    Before deciding to take vitamin complexes, pay attention to the difference in the interests of drug manufacturers and yours as a consumer.

    Manufacturers and retailers aim to maximize market expansion and sales through convincingly designed ads with beautiful pictures.

    Do we really need synthetic vitamin and mineral complexes? Or is the sale of vitamins useful only for the pharmaceutical industry?

    Let’s not be gullible. Let's turn on the mind and question and analyze what advertising and the media are trying to convey to us.

    All refined foods are unhealthy. This includes refined vegetable oil, refined sugar, processed rice devoid of any nutritional value, white flour from grains, from which all vital nutritive shells have been stripped, and in fact made from one starch.

    Living plants never contain one or more specific vitamins. They have a whole range of useful substances, including vitamins, micro, and macro elements, and also contain dietary fiber.

    Proponents of artificial vitamins cite as an argument for their usefulness the fact that synthetic vitamins are almost completely absorbed by the body, and natural ones - only by 15-30 percent. But it is precisely this excess digestibility that makes unnatural vitamins dangerous and leads to overdose.

    Using live vitamins from plants, it is impossible to get an overdose. The body itself knows how to take from natural material and assimilate exactly as much as it needs.

    Synthetic compounds are just a parody of what nature has created. Our body is made up of organic matter, so chemical vitamins are inherently alien to it.

    Normal, balanced nutrition with the constant consumption of vegetables, meat, herbs provides the body with all the necessary vitamins and minerals.

    Additional intake of vitamins is not only unnecessary but also unsafe!

    It is preferable to consume vitamins not in the form of tablets in courses, 2-3 times a year, but in the form of daily inclusion of live plant foods in your diet.

    The physiological need is such that vitamins must be supplied constantly and not in the form of one or more synthetic vitamins, but a full range of natural vitamins and minerals.

    Synthetic components can build up in the body and poison it. You can deceive people, but you cannot deceive nature. Living vitamins are accompanied by many accompanying substances that promote their absorption and action.

    Vitamins are useful only in their natural form from natural products! During chemical synthesis, in addition to the necessary ones, a number of side molecules are formed that are harmful even in negligible doses.

    Further cleaning in industrial production would be too expensive and not economically viable.

    The different behavior of living molecules and their copies from a test tube is explained by isomerism, a phenomenon in which the same molecules have a different arrangement of atoms.

    So, sodium glutamate (glutamate) exists in the form of different isomers from natural sources and synthetic, while synthetic is a poison and gives many side effects, especially affecting vision.

    Transgenic fats with a similar molecular composition behave differently from natural fats.

    It is firmly rooted in our minds that with the onset of cold weather, with colds, and flu, it is necessary to take ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

    Moreover, the more the better. The so-called shock dose. But what are we shocking?

    Remember if this helped you or someone you know to recover? But you can probably remember the various unpleasant consequences of taking this synthetic vitamin, especially if the dosage was excessive.

    The consequences could be very different - heartburn, nausea, abdominal pain, allergic reactions, loose stools ... etc. Self-hypnosis is certainly a great thing! Faith works miracles!

    Artificial vitamin C in combination with aspirin and this is the composition of the vast majority of medicines for colds and flu, irritates the gastric mucosa and leads to gastritis and peptic ulcer disease.

    Large doses of synthetic vitamin C do not cure or prevent colds. In children who were given increased doses of ascorbic acid for prophylactic and therapeutic purposes, an increase in allergic reactions is noted.

    Synthetic vitamin C in high doses causes stone in the kidneys!

    Similarly, it is not justified to take vitamin C for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The founder of the theory of the usefulness of taking ascorbic acid in large quantities was the American scientist Linus Pauling, who argued that large doses of vitamin C prolong life (Book "Vitamin C and the Cold").

    Due to Pauling's high authority as a scientist, no one questioned the statement about the benefits of vitamins. Pauling lived for 94 years, and this fact was interpreted as evidence of the beneficial effects of synthetic vitamins on the human body. Vitamin C was considered at that time almost a panacea for all diseases.

    At the same time, Pauling himself wrote in his book: "... we can use ascorbic acid to improve health in ways shown by experience, even without understanding the detailed mechanism of its action."

    As you know, facts are the essence of science! A scientist who recommends a drug for use, the principle of which he himself does not understand...

    In 1979 Pauling's book "Cancer and Vitamin C" was published, which was popular only among the population, but not in the scientific community.

    In 1994 Pauling died of prostate cancer.

    Studies have shown that overdoses of the vitamin lead to the activation of the body's natural mechanisms and its accelerated destruction.

    Free radicals increase in human blood, destroying DNA, which can cause cancer, heart disease, and premature aging.

    Even a standard dosage of vitamin C, as a remedy for heart attack, aggravates many diseases, including cardiovascular diseases. This is the conclusion made by doctors from the British University of Leicester.

    In 2000, at the annual conference of the American Heart Association, it was announced that high doses of vitamin C cause more rapid development of atherosclerosis.

    In 2003, British cardiologist Mark Penn published in The Lancet a report on the results of many years of experiments with vitamin E and beta-carotene.

    Additional doses of vitamin E did not reduce the likelihood of atherosclerosis, heart attack, or stroke. An increase in life expectancy has not been confirmed.

    When beta-carotene, from which vitamin A is obtained in the body, even increased mortality when taking beta-carotene. Beta-carotene in combination with vitamin A increases mortality by 30%, and in combination with vitamin E - by 10%.

    With these statistics, many people taking these drugs will die prematurely. The same medical journal The Lancet previously published the results of the Heart Protection Study, in which more than 20 thousand people with a high risk of cardiovascular diseases were followed for 5 years.

    The protective effects of the same beta-carotene and vitamins C and E were studied. The result was zero. The drugs had no effect on the development of strokes, heart attacks, or cancer. At the same time, the content of vitamins in the blood increased.

    Most of the known multivitamins exceed the daily requirement for some components up to 2, 6, and even 40 times.

    Not a single vitamin complex takes into account the gender difference in consumers. Although, for example, the male body needs several times more zinc than the female, and the female needs more iron.

    Avitaminosis in Western countries in our time is almost never found. Hypervitaminosis is really a problem that is caused by the intake of artificial vitamins.

    It is impossible to obtain or maintain health by consuming multi-colored vitamin preparations from the pharmacy. But it is possible thereby to inflict harm. Only natural vitamins are useful!

    The quality of health depends on the lifestyle, way of thinking, and way of eating. For healthy people who have a sufficient, balanced diet, additional artificial vitamins will not be useful.

    Healthy people should get enough nutrients from food. The body's nutritional needs should be met through a variety of foods, not through chemically synthesized drugs.

    This is the only way to reduce the potential risk of both lack and excess of nutrients.
